- On what she looks for while watching film“I like to watch the servers and see what they do, their strategies, their tendencies. Just some serve receive so you can mentally prepare yourself as to what’s going to happen during a game. Also important is watching your defense and your movements on defense. Seeing if you need to go to a specified spot on defense whether they’re in-system or out-of-system. Just watching yourself. For me, watching film is so important and part of my game because I’m more of a visual learner, so watching myself do things I’m not sure I’m doing right or maybe I need to improve on is so huge.”
