Women's Sitting Team Assistant Coach
Leo Filho joined the U.S. Women’s Sitting Team in 2023.
Before moving to Edmond, Okla., Filho was coaching for Academy Volleyball Club in Redwood City, Calif. He’s also coached in Virginia and Georgia. Previously, Filho worked in several roles for the Brazilian Volleyball Federation and with the Brazilian men’s sitting national team.
He received a bachelor’s in physical education from Santa Cecilia University and a master’s in sport management from Trevisan Business School, both in Brazil. He played for the Brazilian men’s national team and played professionally.
