2023-24 Mountain Classic Boys National Qualifier

2023 Mountain Classic Boys National Qualifier
Registration opens: August 9, 2023 at 12 p.m. ET

Registration closes: November 14, 2023 at 12 p.m. ET

PLEASE NOTE: Teams will be able to begin uploading rosters onto AES on September 1. Acceptance will first be given to teams who have completed all requirements. A team’s registration time stamp will be used once a division fills up and moves to a waitlist status.

ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

Register for the event in AES
Pay registration fee, either by check or credit card
Complete housing through Team Travel Source (More information below)
** ROSTERS MUST BE SUBMITTED AFTER SEPTEMBER 1ST DUE TO THE START OF THE NEW MEMBERSHIP YEAR ** ROSTER DEADLINE WILL BE NOVEMBER 17TH **

All registration requirements need to be completed in order to be fully accepted into the event.

Refund Deadline is November 17 as the last day to drop with getting a full refund

Housing Opens on Wednesday August 9th at 12 p.m. EST for Teams and 2 p.m. EST for Spectators

All spectators are required to purchase a Spectator QR Code for entry into the 2023 Mountain Classic. USAV is using an electronic system. An electronic QR code and photo identification will be required for each entry and re-entry into the facility.

Spectator QR Codes can only be purchased online starting Friday November 17th.

Single Day Pass: $15

Weekend Pass: $35*
*Early bird pricing. Spectator QR Code purchased on the day of play will increase to $45.

Q: Are there practice opportunities?
A: There will be practice opportunities available at the convention center from 5-7pm on November 30th in Hall A & F. Courts are first come first serve basis with an hour limit in order to allow everyone an equal opportunity to utilize them.

Q: Balls and Carts
A: USA Volleyball will be providing warm-up balls and carts for rent.

Q: What is the ticketing policy?

Q: Are the matches livestreamed?

A: Leave the cameras and tripods at home and enjoy the action – live! We have partnered with BallerTV to provide professional live streaming for this event. They have the necessary liability insurance and expertise to set up video equipment to protect athletes and fans. Any other live streaming, including the use of Facebook Live, is strictly prohibited.

Q: What is the concession and seating policy?
A: No outside food, coolers or chairs are allowed in the convention center. The Colorado Convention Center will be selling food in the venue and have made an effort to provide a good variety of options.

Q: Is there luggage storage?
A: Yes! Teams are able to bring luggage into the Convention Center Halls, but spectators/athletes must keep watch of their own luggage since USA Volleyball is not liable if luggage is stolen/lost. Please make sure that luggage does not block any doors or emergency exits and is clear of walkways.
