7:30 am – Player Meeting – Due to COVID restriction in the State of Alabama and the Gulf Coast Region’s “Safer at Play” guidelines there will not be a players meeting for BeachFest 2021. Players should report to their court having checked in online and be ready for their first matches or their first work team duties.Our short BeachFest rules session will be posted to all teams on Thursday as the schedule is released on the Gulf Coast Region website home page
8:00 am – Open Division Girls 18u, 16u, 14u Pool Play begins
1:00 pm – Open Division Girls 18u, 16u, 14u Pool Play concludes
Sunday, May 9th
8:00 am – Open Division Girls 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u Single Elimination Championship Bracket play begins in Gold, Silver Bronze and Flight Divisions
12:00 pm – Open Division Finals in the 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u divisions (these are approx. times)

PLEASE NOTE:This year the NCAA will not be selling tickets to spectators. Only the NCAA Collegiate player's families will be allowed to enter. Therefore, NCAA Beach National Championship Passes will not be included in your entry fee.
All teams registering in "Open" will compete for "Open Division" Bids to the National Beach Tour Junior Championships.
Girls' Teams registering in "USA" will compete for "American Division" Bids to the National Beach Tour Junior Championships.

12 and Under Division:
14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006
16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2004
18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2002 OR Players who were born on or after July 1, 2001 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
DRESS CODE/ATTIRE: Uniforms are not required but are encouraged. All athletes are REQUIRED to wear a top, for girls it must cover your midsection when standing, and bottoms such as spandex, shorts or leggings. No bikinis will be permitted for any team. For boys it must be a tank top or t-shirt that covers the midsection when standing, and bottoms such as board shorts, athletic shorts. No brief type swim trunks.
