- To recognize organizations which have achieved excellence in volleyball publications and encourage others to develop quality publications. This award is administered by USAV staff.

CRITERIA:
- Major areas of publications to be considered are: Regional Volleyball Association websites; aesthetically pleasing; layout must flow smoothly from one page to the next; logical and appropriate use of white space, color, creative use of graphics to complement text. Editorial Content – must provide the most up-to-date information available; wide range of issues and information must be covered in the publication; pertinent regional information must be included in each publication; ease of reference within the publication; no glaring errors in the text from a grammatical/mechanical standpoint. Overall Presentation – must show a combination of the above criteria for graphic presentation and editorial content. Websites shall be evaluated on how well they have achieved their intended purpose based on the following formula: content and accuracy – 70 percent; ease of reference – 20 percent; aesthetic impression – 10 percent.
